One of the most critical parts of running an awards program is making sure your program entries are correctly managed and judged. Whether you have a hundred entries or thousands of them, you need easy-to-use tools to sort, filter and group entries. You need a fast and easy way to see the status of each entry.
Helping you save time is our speciality at Award Force. So, here are three ways you can manage entries quickly and efficiently.
Star entries ⭐
Our latest feature in Award Force helps you organise your entries with a star, a similar action as marking important emails in your email system. When you see an entry you want to re-visit, simply click the star and you’ll be able to go back to it whenever you need.
Another great thing about starring entries is that you can use the Advanced search filter to narrow down your starred results, helping you save time and make your awards management process as easy as 1-2-3.
Tag entries 🏷️
Adding tags to your entries helps you group them in buckets like “shortlisted” or “winner” and then filter them using the Advanced search filter.
When assigning relevant keywords to specific entries, you can trigger automated functions such as broadcasting messages to particular groups, assigning entries to a specific judge, or even sending them for additional review. The possibilities are unlimited!

Share your saved views 📩
Saved views enables you to quickly save and apply the most-used advanced searches without needing to set individual search criteria every time.
Using Advanced search in Award Force, you can apply your desired filters and save your search either as private (meaning that only you can see it) or as a shared view (meaning that all program managers can see it).
The great thing about saved views is that you can select where you want your filter to appear, whether it is in shortcuts or on your dashboard.
