January 2019

Thank you.gif

What you do is important

Your program recognition matters to your entrants + applicants. Whether your participants receive a reward, award or adulation for their achievement, the recognition will leave a powerful and positive impact on someone's life.

And it doesn't happen without you.

Before we get too far into 2019, we just wanted to take a moment to recognise all the unsung program management heroes out there. From grant managers to award program managers, designers to administrators, and everyone in between. We see you! Thank you for helping to shine a spot-light on deserving individuals and organisations.

January reminder

If you have new team members join you in using
Award Force, please share this newsletter with them so they can keep up to date with all the latest news, help articles and feature releases! 🙏

Feature focus:
Plagiarism detection is coming!

As part of our drive to protect the credibility of your program, we want to give you a sneak peek into our new plagiarism detection tool, which will be released in the next few weeks!

This feature can be used to scan attachments and specified fields against an enormous database of publications and web content to intelligently detect plagiarism. The feature integrates with a plagiarism tool called Copyleaks (learn more about Copyleaks here) and will enable you to view the results of your plagiarism scans right from within Award Force. Very exciting! Keep an eye out for its imminent release!

A note on our service metrics

We use the Net Promoter Score (or NPS) as a way to determine how satisfied you are with the product + service we provide you. The score is calculated on a spectrum between -100 and 100, with anything more than 50 considered excellent. After reviewing last year's performance, we thought we would share our NPS score for 2018, which worked out to 66! This puts us in the same league as heavy-weights Amazon and Apple, who regularly feature between 60 and 80 and are known for their world class product + service offering.

We mention a few other metrics, as well as our commitment to ensuring Award Force is more than just software, in this blog post titled: "Award Force: Service as a Service". Let us know what you think!
